Frequently Asked Questions

Are the photographs retouched or AI-generated?

The photographs are intended to reflect the original moment, perspective, texture, and light as captured through the camera lens.

No AI-generated imagery, compositing, object insertion, or major digital manipulation is used. Occasional cropping adjustments may be made for square formats or print sizing, but the integrity of the original scene remains unchanged.

What types of prints are available?

Photographs are available as:

Museum-quality Fine Art Paper Prints with white borders.

Ready-to-hang Metal Prints.

Fine Art Paper Prints are produced using archival inks and museum-quality materials selected for exceptional tonal richness, detail, and longevity.

Metal prints feature a clean contemporary presentation with a mid-gloss surface and float mounting system ready for display.

Unless otherwise noted:

Prints are sold unframed.

Fine Art Paper Prints include a white border to facilitate matting and framing.

Select works may be available only in specific sizes.

Where is the products and prices menu located?

Either click on Metal Prints or Fine Art Paper Prints at the top of the Home page in the navigation bar or scroll down the Home page and click the "View All" button located under both the Metal Prints and the Fine Art Paper Prints galleries. 

To Purchase:

1. Click on the photograph of interest.

2. Choose your desired size and quantity.

3. You can then choose to Add to Cart where you can choose to View Cart, Checkout or Continue Shopping.

Are custom sizes or special orders available?

Select photographs may be available in alternate sizes or presentation formats depending on image resolution, composition, and material suitability.

Questions about custom sizing, commercial installations, or special requests are welcome and can be made through siteseeingphotos@gmail.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify are accepted during secure checkout.

How long does production and shipping take?

All prints are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing and production before shipping. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Most orders ship within approximately 7–10 business days total (production + shipping).

Larger statement pieces or specialty orders may require additional production time.

Tracking information is provided once shipment has been processed.

What shipping options are available?

We offer the following shipping methods for US orders:

Economy Shipping (3–10 business days after production) — $3.99

Standard Shipping (2–5 business days after production) — $7.99

Expedited 2-Day Shipping (2 business days after production) — rate based on total amount of order

Rush Overnight Shipping (1 business day after production) — rate based on total amount of order

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and are interested in purchasing, please contact us at siteseeingphotos@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How are the photographs packaged?

Artwork is professionally packaged to help protect prints during transit.

Shipping is handled through trusted professional carriers including UPS and USPS.

What if artwork arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.

Are returns accepted?

The goal is for every piece to be genuinely enjoyed within its new space.

If a purchase does not feel like the right fit, return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery.

Returned artwork must be shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging and in undamaged condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Custom-sized orders may not be eligible for return.

How should the artwork be displayed and cared for?

For best longevity:

Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged UV exposure.

Avoid excessive heat or humidity.

Handle prints carefully during framing and installation.

Metal Prints may be dusted with a soft, slightly damp microfiber or lint-free cloth.

Archival materials and proper framing practices help preserve artwork for many years.
